Weekly Worship Service
We gather for worship each Saturday @ 5:30pm  in the chapel at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 13014 Olive, Creve Coeur.  Our worship service features an interesting mix of music ranging from the ancient to the contemporary. We offer sincere prayers and i nspiring sermons.  Our worship is informal, but never casual.   We are intentional in our worship of God.  So come as you are, but expect to be changed!   

Communion

New Song Church celebrates communion during every weekly worship experience.   Everyone who is seeking a more authentic relationship with Christ is welcome to participate; no exceptions. 

Worship Activities for Children

Children are always welcome in worship.  In fact, we encourage children to lead songs, read scripture, and participate in interactive children’s sermons…which are all designed to help children worship God. 

Special Worship Services

Christmas Eve Service, December 24

We gather each Christmas Eve to celebrate the birth of our Lord.   This service features music, scripture, and candlelight communion. Service is at 7:00 PM.  

Palm Sunday

Because of our weekly schedule, we celebrate Palm Sunday, on the Saturday evening prior.   As our focus is upon Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem prior to his crucifixion, participants are given palm branches as a visual reminder of that sacred event.

Maundy Thursday
Occurring the Thursday of Holy Week, we gather as the disciples did to observe our Lord’s last supper. Service is at 7:30 PM. 

Easter
Easter, the celebration of our Lord’s resurrection from death, is our only Sunday morning worship experience.  Come celebrate the risen Christ at 9:00 on Easter morning.

World Communion

On the first weekend of October, Christian churches around the world participate in taking communion.  While we share in the bread and the cup on Saturday evening, we are aware that other Christians, in other parts of our world, are participating in a similar experience.  

Sacred Moments

In addition to our weekly and special worship services, we also celebrate with individuals during those sacred moments such as: Baby Blessings, Dedications, and Baptisms.
